By using this website, you agree and accept our terms and conditions of use as listed below.

  1. Ordering or Tour Booking

Acceptance of an order is conditional on the availability of the products you have ordered. All items are subject to availability. We will inform you immediately should we not be able to supply a product or require a change to a tour booking. Amendments and cancellations must be made by 6pm the night. We will issue you with an invoice outlining our payment options.

  1. Privacy of Personal Information

In order for us to process your order or booking we collect personally information relating to you including your name, address, telephone number and email address. We will only use your personal information for the purpose for which you provide it to us including response to enquires, delivering items, payments, communication to you in regard to order. We will not circulation any person not directly employed by us, unless required to do so by law.

  1. Delivery for Orders

Your order should reach you in perfect condition. We recommend you inspect packages at point of delivery. Should you have any problems with your order please contact us as soon as possible on 0411 553 119 or  rockinoysters@gmail.com. To ensure that products arrive in perfect condition and to ensure quality, orders are delivered in our insulated boxes packed with ice. Packaging conditions are such that contents will be maintained at the correct temperature for 12 hours from the time of despatch. We will confirm your deliver date. Delivery charges are $30 for one delivery to one Australian address. Please note that we are unable to specify an exact delivery time. Risk of damage of goods including deterioration of fresh foods passes to you on delivery of all goods. In the event of non-delivery please contact us as soon as possible on 0411 553 119.

It is your responsibility to check your order carefully on receipt of goods. In the unlikely event of orders being found unsatisfactory, damaged or incomplete, you must contact us immediately, and within 24 hours of receiving your order. Any special or additional packaging requirements will incur an extra charge.

Authority to Leave: All customers agree to an Authority to Leave meaning your package will be left unattended should you not be home to receive it. This is why we request you provide very clear and detailed delivery instructions for delivery. All orders are packed into insulated boxes in order to maintain the required temperature.

** Perishable items must be unpacked on receipt and placed in a refrigerator.

Rockin’ Oyster complies with all Australian food safety standards.

  1. Limitation Of Liability

Rockin’ Oysters maximum liability to you for products purchased from our website shall be limited to the refund of the purchase price you have paid for the products. Rockin’ Oysters will not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, interruptions of business, loss of profits, or other consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages, however caused, whether for breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise except which it is unlawful to exclude.
