The Whalebone Wharf continues to grow and expand adding Chef Andrew Christian to their team. Together with Executive Chef Peter Ridland and Sous Chef Christopher Lonergan, Andrew joins a kitchen with a focus on producing high quality dishes, exciting flavour combinations and a culture of working alongside each other to continually grow.
